If the rhythm isn't gonna get you, perhaps Gloria Estefan's new attack submarine will. The US Navy announced yesterday that Estefan will sponsor a nuclear-powered attack sub called the USS Miami. Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro made the announcement at the official kickoff concert for Fleet Week Miami. He says Estefan's sponsorship will represent a lifelong relationship with the ship and crew. Estefan says we're so thankful as citizens of this great country to have all of you out there protecting and serving all of us.
